A number of years ago, I turned all of my research papers over to Max Reed,
for him to see what he could find. Max had never been involved in researching for
genealogy before, but within a few months he was able to dig up information that I would
never be able to find, nor have the ability or time to search for. You will find here a
number of pages of his research that has been a great help in putting together what we
now know of the Thomas Harvey family.
He has spent many unselfish hours putting this all together. We will try to
bring you all that we know up to this date, and are in hopes that someday Max will be
able to find the time to continue his fantastic research.
We suggest that you begin this series with the first article of Max Reed's research.
Then continue with each additional article. Many of the pages contain
census records which will help show how the family is put together. We have also
included a number of old stories on him to show the life he lived. Many letters
to and from the family will also be added as they are located.
PHOTOGRAPHS: We have added a number of photographs. Many are duplicates made
from old photos and then scanned by Footprints. We are sure there are better
copies of these photographs somewhere and are in hopes you will be kind enough to
replace these. We can scan them and return them, or you can scan them and submit
them by E-Mail. Your help is needed on these and any additional photos you may
have, as well as histories and other documentation. It will all help to build a
history of the Thomas H Harvey family.
