1791, May 3 -- Wright, Amos, of Chesterfield, Burlington Co.; will of.
Son, Thomas, north part of lands (where sons Thomas and Abner now live) of 109 acres, beginning in Samuel Roger's line, and a second tract of 180 acres (according to survey by George Bullock) by land of Cowperthwaite and John West; also, 1/2 of cedar swamps and 1/2 of rights in unlocated land, together with 1/2 of personal property, he paying my daughter, Elizabeth Bunting, £200. Son, Abner, remainder of land (227 acres), 1/2 of cedar swamps, 1/2 of right in unlocated land and the other 1/2 of personal property, he paying my daughter, Ann Butcher, £200. 1792, July 26 -- Wright, John, of Hardwick, Sussex Co., yeoman; will of.
Wife, Anne, 1/2 of household furniture and 2 rooms in house with other privileges; also 2 cows, horse, side saddle and bridle and £22 received as part of her dower from Estate of John Durling and £28 yet due; also 40 shillings yearly and provisions of grain and meat, while widow. Nephew, John Wright (son of brother Robert Wright), all real excepting 180 acres, a part of purchase mae of Executors of Brearly and sold to Mr. Johnson of Pennsylvania; also 2 horses, 1 colt, 2 cows, 6 sheep, farming utensil and other 1/2 of furniture; he to make provision for said wife during her widowhood. Brother, Robert Wright, £:150; and to his 2 daughters, each £10. Sister, Sarah (wife of John Taylor), £:8; also £40 to be divided amongst her children (unnamed), Brother-in-law, John Durling, £13. 1792, Dec 8 -- Wright, William, {25995} of Mansfield Twsp., Burlington Co.; will of.
To Samuel Vaughn (son of David Vaughn), my plantation in the Neck, together with 2 lots of meadow purchased of John Black and John Imlay adjoining lands of William Black, Daniel Hancock and others; he paying £100 to the Trustees of Mansfield School, to be applied for the education of poor children. Negro boy, Perry, 15 acres of land in the northwest side of my plantation by road leading to Burlington and corner to Joseph Ivins' land; also £100, when 21. Nephew, William Wright (son of Benjamin Wright), remainder of plantation I now live on, together with meadow lots adjoining lands of John Atkinson, Joseph Tallman and others, also all my cedar swamp and outlands, to the Trustees of Mansfield School, £50, for the education of poor children. To Mansfield Meeting, £10. To Sarah Haines (daughter of Josiah Haines, dec'd), £150. Niece, Hannah Ridgway, £45 now in hands of David Ridgway; also £5, when 18. To my negro girl, Hagar, £50. 1796, July 25 -- Wright, Fretwell, {25785} of Bordentown, Burlington Co.; will of.
(Being of advanced age.) Wife, Mary, remainder of estate. Sons, Jonathan, Ellis, William, Isaac and Ebenezer, each 10 shillings. Daughter, Sarah Clark, 10 shillings. House and lot to be sold.
